Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds – Ticket Sales & Activity Bookings

All sales are final, and AlterEgos Events does not offer any money-back guarantees on ticket sales or pre-registration activities.
You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Refunds – Screen & Costume Hire

Cancellation of hired items within 4 weeks of the event date is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation of hired items within 3 weeks of the event date is eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellation of hired items within 7 days of the event date is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds – Items Purchased at Events

All vendors and traders at AlterEgos Events are independent contractors. Issues with items purchased and/or requests for refunds or returns are to be dealt with the vendor or trader directly.
AlterEgos Events takes no responsibility for products sold by independent contractors.
